Berry Delight Sewing Organizer
The sewing organiser extends Jan’s ‘wireless techniques’ into raised wool embroidered leaves and flowers. This wonderful organiser had 12 pockets for sewing tools, pens and pencils, 2 pockets for scissors and pliers and room for needle packets and loose needles.
Detached flowers and leaves (worked in wool on silk organza) complement the raised, padded strawberries and raspberries and beaded blackberries and the delightful spider and web. This is a wonderful addition to your other wool stumpwork projects.
Stitches used are running stitch, whipping, lazy daisy, turkey knots, buttonhole stitch, split backstitch, french knots, drizzle stitch, woven needle bars and satin stitch.
Clear, step-by-step instructions are given for the easy construction of the organizer.
