In this delightful needle case project Jan has combined wool stumpwork with her wireless stumpwork technique. Detached flowers (worked in wool on silk organza) complement the raised, padded strawberries and raspberries and the delightful little padded bee.
This is a wonderful addition to your other wool stumpwork projects.
Stitches used are running stitch, whipping, turkey knots, buttonhole stitch, split backstitch, french knots, drizzle stitch and satin stitch.
Step-by-step instructions are given for the easy construction of the needle case.
